Former IACKids Tyler has suffered from Type 1 diabetes since he was a very young boy. He had constant visits to Golisano Children’s Hospital from his home 2 hours away and the cost for his treatment was more than mom and dad could handle. IACKids supported Tyler and his family for about one year to help them get on their feet. He is now 13 years old and in the 9th grade. He is a part of the accelerated program for his strong academic performance. He’s taking 10th grade math and 11th grade English and Science!
“We would not be where we are today if it was not for all of the support and encouragement IACKids gave to us. We don’t know how to ever repay you but simply want to let you know that you will always be in our hearts.” “You are truly miracle workers and saved us in more ways that we can express. Thank you for everything you’ve done.”
